| In SauFung's Words I began my yoga journey 8 years ago 
    while living in the stressful world of NYC.  At the time I was only 26 and I 
    suffered from chronic shoulder, and hip pain. Yoga helped me relived much of 
    my tension, and correct my posture.   It also helped me deal with stress and 
    find my center. In my class, I like to pay close attention to student's 
    alignment, and turning their attention inward.  I also like to play with 
    variations of different postures with my students to make the class fun. |
