| Fit 
    Beginners | This Yoga class is designed for individuals that are 
    relatively fit but are new to the practice of yoga. The basics of asana 
    (poses), pranayama (breathing) and meditation will be taught. The poses and 
    sequencing will be challenging and stimulating. This class is appropriate 
    for those already involved in other sports or fitness activities that want 
    to enhance their fitness and health.  | 
  
    | Gentle Beginners | This Yoga class is designed for individuals that are new 
    to the practice of yoga but face physical challenges. The focus will be 
    therapeutic and will lead the student to greater levels of fitness, health 
    and general well being. The practice will rely heavily on pranyama, 
    meditation and deep relaxation techniques. This class is appropriate to 
    anyone that wishes to attend. We suggest consultation with a physician to be 
    sure this is appropriate. | 
  
    | Industrial Yoga | My friend Steve recently asked me, "Gary, why don't you 
    start an industrial yoga class?" Steve is a mechanic who is very strong and 
    fit but very tight and inflexible. Here it is! This class is for those 
    working men and women that have jobs that are physical and often repetitive. 
    Not only will it increase flexibility but will increase balance, grace and 
    coordination. Other benefits will be the ability to relax more completely, 
    and sleep better. We will make use of props such as blocks, straps, blankets 
    and bolsters to make the poses accessible. Being very stiff is the perfect 
    excuse to come to this class. | 
  
    | Hatha Yoga |  Hatha 
    Yoga is a traditional style that includes asana (poses), pranayama 
    (breathing), mudras and  meditation in a perscribed format. This class 
    will be suitable to any level and is recommended to students wanting to move 
    up from a beginners practice. | 
  
    | Level 1 Flow | Flow yoga is a technique of sequencing poses in a 
    manner that "flows". It provides a logical progression those those students 
    moving on from beginners class or coming back to yoga. New poses will be 
    introduced providing greater challenge and growth. The class will include 
    elements of pranayama (breathing) and meditation. | 
  
    | Mixed Level | This class is open to all levels of yoga practitioners. 
    The more difficult poses will include modifications and alternatives for the 
    less experienced. This is your basic no frills yoga class. The class will 
    include elements of pranayama (breathing), meditation and deep relaxation. | 
  
    | Tantric Yoga | In this class, we will address Yoga in 
    the broadest sense. The practice will be two hours and will have the basic 
    format of satsanga (discussion), asana (poses), nidra (deep relaxation), 
    pranayama (breathing) and meditation. Over time discussion topics covered 
    will include the yoga sutras, the bhagavad gita, pranayama, meditation, 
    prana vayus, charkas, the suble body and more. The class will be focused on 
    developing a personal practice emphasizing self realization and self 
    fulfillment. The asana practice is strenuous but open to all levels. |
